Custom frames include 29'ers, singlespeed, coupled, and just about anything else you can imagine
Construction Methods: Frames are constructed by aerospace certified welders that have been welding titanium for many years. The welding jigs are enormous, weighing thousands of pounds to ensure precise alignment, and ensure that every weld is bathed internally and externally to prevent any oxygen or nitrogen from contaminating the weld. Dropouts are water-cut and can be customized to suit the bike.
Frame Materials: All frames are built with straight gauge, seamless, aerospace grade 3Al/2.5V titanium used in the Chinese aerospace industry.
